Who we are
Davincfy is an AI product studio based in Baku, Azerbaijan. This policy covers the website davincfy.com. Questions: hello@davincfy.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your email address and your message, when you write to us. That's all.
- Browser preferences: your language (AZ/EN) and sound choice are stored in your browser (localStorage). This never leaves your device.
- Server logs: our host (Netlify) keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type) for security and operations.
We use no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, and keep the site running and secure. Nothing else.
Who processes it
We never sell or rent your data. The services that help us process it are: Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Microsoft 365 (email). They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to carry on our conversation with you. If you ask us to delete them, we do so promptly.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@davincfy.com and we'll act on it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Check this page for any material changes.
